At the Green and The Gold Collective, we are committed to championing the rights, opportunities, and well-being of North Dakota State University’s Bison athletes in the ever-evolving landscape of NIL (Name, Image, Likeness). Our mission is to empower and educate student-athletes, ensuring they make informed decisions about their NIL rights, while fostering a culture of integrity, responsibility, and community engagement.
MEET THE TEAM
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jay Bartley
Jay is the Founder and CEO of the Green and the Gold Collective. Jay is a former student athlete, 4 year letter winner and 3 year captain on the NDSU Men’s Golf team. As a lifetime Fargo resident, he has a passion for both NDSU and NDSU athletics. As a 25 year Team Maker, Jay has been involved with our student athletes for his entire life. He holds a business administration degree from North Dakota State University. Jay lives in Fargo and enjoys being outdoors either golfing with his two kids Layton and Lexi or being at the lake.

Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Curt Wittich
Curt is Co-Founder and Director of Operations for the Green and the Gold Collective. Curt is a North Dakota native and has Bachelor and Masters degrees from NDSU in Business Administration and Computer Science. He’s a former General Manager and Global Sales Leader in the Information Technology industry. More importantly, he’s been to all ten of the Bison Championship games in Frisco and to many of the Bison FBS games. Curt now lives full time at the lake and keeps busy supporting the championship swimming careers of his grandchildren.
